Zambia’s Brandina Lubuli is the winner of Miss Universe Zambia 2024 contest. Brandi as she is fondly called, was selected on 14th September 2024 out of twenty beautiful ladies. So she will represent Zambia in Mexico by November 16th 2024.

First of all, MUZ 2024 is the first of many in the history of Miss Universe Africa. She is forever Africa’s first of many because of Anne Jakrajutatip.

Brandina is benefitting from the new policy of the Miss Universe organization because it has opened the pageant to every female of every age and status. Brandina of Africa and Zambia are exploring every aspect of this interesting policy.

Historical offsets of MUZ ’24:

The first offset is that for the first time, a married woman is Miss Universe Zambia 2024/5. Though she is not the only married woman we are expecting in Mexico in November 2024, she is the first married African contestant. That is not all.

Another historical offset, is that Zambia’s Brandina Lubuli is the only African contestant so far with children. Yes, two beautiful children. A boy and a girl and she is happily married to a handsome, supportive, superman. Not all of them wear capes and spandex, by the way.

Previous Victories :

In addition, Ms Lubuli is so comfortable with the pageant stage, she won the Mrs. Glam World 2022/3 in Singapore. She did not only beat over twenty women from all over the world. She is the first African to win this international title.

Furthermore, Brandina was Top 10 at Mrs. Worldwide 2019 and she won the Mrs World Peace 2019 award. Once again, she is the only African to come this far in this contest.

Again in 2015/16, she was Miss International Zambia. And represented Zambia in Japan. That was her first international experience and assignment.

In closing, Zambia’s Brandina Lubuli is a veteran of pageants and fashion modeling. Therefore, Zambians believe that she has what it takes to bring the prestigious title home.
