Talented and renowned playwright Ama Ata Aido is an amazing and unforgettable Ghanaian gift to the world. The young lady’s father built the first school in her village and there was no way she could not have been a bookworm. And there was no way she could not replicate her own version of all the reading she was doing.
Ama schooled in Ghana. And wrote her first play before she was twenty-five. She was a poet, politician and academia. She received awards for her works and gave lectures all over the world.
